Peter Cardillo, chief market economist at Rockwell Global Capital, weighs in on January's jobs report. Nonfarm payrolls rose just 113,000 last month following a disappointing 75,000 gain in December. Meanwhile, the unemployment rate ticked down to 6.6 percent in January from 6.7 percent in December. Economists polled by Reuters had expected payrolls to rise 185,000 in January. The participation rate increased to 63 percent from 62.8 percent in December.
