The Miami Beach Police Department has released surveillance video from the night Justin Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence, and driving with an expired license in January.

After removing his red shoes, video shows police frisking the teenage celebrity.

Following the incident he was released on bail.

But Bieber has had a string of legal run-ins lately.

Most recently, his private jet was searched by U.S. Customs Officials after the smell of marijuana was allegedly detected on some of his entourage.
