Bravo TV star Bethenny Frankel reportedly bought her $5-million New York City home in her assistant's name and that's making her divorce from Jason Hoppy even more complicated. As John Basedow reports, Bethenny can't outright evict her spouse under New York State law unless there's evidence of domestic violence. Jason, who still wears his wedding ring, reportedly doesn't plan to leave until a custody arrangement for their 2-year-old daughter Bryn is finalized.
