Paul Ryan, House budget committee chairman and former Mitt Romney running mate, had some choice words for President Obama recently. As Ryan said about the President, “We have an increasingly lawless presidency where he is actually doing the job of Congress, writing new policies and new laws without going through Congress. Presidents don’t write new laws, Congress does.”
