A young man in London signed for a neighbor’s package delivery, and was later arrested by terror police because of the box contained a fatal toxin.

James Sutcliffe, 19 and the son of a Diplomat, told police he had no idea what was in it, but was apprehended on the grounds of being ‘evasive’ during the initial questioning.

After several hours of interrogation, he was released. Days later he got word that no further actions would be taken against him.

In the meantime, however, authorities raided both his family’s million dollar home and the house of the neighbor to whom the package was intended.

Thorough searches, which included the digging up of gardens, failed to produce the parcel, which remains missing.

Police suspect its contents containing a toxin called abrin are intended as a murder weapon.

Records show that the person who placed the order is a city worker who has been accused of plotting to kill her mother.

The people to whom the package was, possibly by mistake, addressed were never arrested, and they, too, have been cleared of all suspicion.
