Justin Bieber is leading showbiz headlines again. First, the singer turned himself over to Toronto police on Wednesday (January 29), where he is charged with assaulting a limousine driver. Toronto police said Bieber allegedly struck the limousine driver on the back of the head several times during an altercation in December. The singer was booked then released.

Second, a toxicology report from Bieber's recent Miami arrest has been released. It reveals that he had marijuana and prescription anti-anxiety medication in his system. The report did not detail the amounts of the drug found, but police added that he did fail a field sobriety test.
