Syria's government is being accused of deliberately demolishing thousands of homes in the cities of Damascus and Hama. Human Rights Watch says President Assad's regime has carried out a systematic campaign of destruction. But the government insists it's all part of urban planning, as Al Jazeera's Dominic Kane reports.
