Detonator is a budget PS2 game published by Midas Interactive Entertainment, originally released in Japan as Buile Baku by Kadokawa Shoten. By completing the abstract puzzles presented by the game, you demolish grey, concrete buildings. These buildings appear to be located in a joyless, character-free version of Pyongyang. The eerily calm voiceover reminds me of Mr. Moskeeto.
