On July 26th, 2008 California became the first state to ban Trans Fat in Restaurants and other food facilities. Under the legislation of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, this ban is supposed to help California become a healthier state and promote a healthy diet. Heart Disease and Heart Attacks are two very common health problems that occur from eating too many Trans Fats, however, is the state of California in the wrong for controlling what people eat?
