iPhone 4 for AT&T http://amzn.to/14z9xxx (Off contract)
I think the iPhone 4 is still a great phone to choose for a Smartphone, and in this video I tell you why.
Basically the iPhone 4 runs a solid iOS, iOS 6, has decent hardware, still gets great app support, is relatively cheap, and looks good! I go in to much more detail in the actual video. :)
