A new study from Birmingham University says that a few cups of coffee are just as hydrating as water. Turns out, the diuretic effect of caffeine is balanced by the amount of water in the drink- something that wasn't taken into account the last time a similar study was done in 1928. So drink that extra cup- it won't kill you.
