It’s one of those crazy things you couldn't imagine happening to you. A man in Manitowoc, Wisconsin is still in shock after he was struck by a vehicle.
The force of the impact sent 56-year-old Steven Gove through the windshield of the car.
According to Gove, he had been on his way home on a three-wheeled delivery bicycle after completing his newspaper route. Out of nowhere, a car ran through an intersection and in seconds Gove’s torso was mostly inside the 20-year-old male driver’s vehicle.
When Gove realized what happened, he lightheartedly said hello to the driver and asked him how he was doing. Gove was ignored.
Instead the younger male continued driving ran a stop sign and crashed into a vehicle before reaching his residence, all with Gove trapped in the windshield. Then he got out and locked his vehicle. It was at that moment he noticed Gove, still stuck in the windshield. The driver then started asking questions, like what Gove was doing in his car.
When the driver began panicking, Gove climbed out of the vehicle and started walking down the street. Gove’s injuries were said to be minor. Police suspected the driver had been drinking and arrested him.
