The bitter wind and cold did not stop pro-life supporters from turning out in huge numbers to rally in Washington, D.C.

Thousands braved the cold in the annual March for Life.

They came bundled up in heavy coats, hats, and scarves to make sure their voices were heard.

The rally attracted teens and adults from numerous church groups and anti-abortion organizations.

The march kicked off at the National Mall, headed down Constitution Avenue and ended in front of the Supreme Court.

Area streets were closed to accommodate the huge crowds in what's dubbed as the world's biggest anti-abortion event.

The march marks the 41th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade, the Supreme Court's decision that legalized abortion in the U.S.
