A legal battle has broke in Thckeray family over Late Bala Saheb Thackerey family. A probate petition has been filed by Thackeray’s son Uddhav, who now heads the party, in the Bombay high court. The petition has been strongly contested by Bal Thackeray’s second son, Jaidev, who has questioned the veracity of the will. Jaidev has maintained that his father could not have signed the will in view of his several health problems which resulted in “cognitive dysfunction.”
