A man in Melbourne, Florida is now left without his BMW after the vehicle got totaled. According to police, an employee at a local auto shop had been driving when two accidents occurred.

A man in Melbourne, Florida is now left without his BMW after the vehicle got totaled. According to police, an employee at a local auto shop had been driving the car when two accidents occurred.

The car owner, Chad Henson brought his 2003 BMW to Cypress Automotive and Transmission to have some work done. At some point, one of the employees at the business took the car for a ride, but it ended up being a long one.

On January 8th, the worker got into two crashes. One at 2:30 in the morning and another at a little after 4 A.M. on the same day.

Henson was then told that his car was mangled and it had been taken for a night long spin across the state.

The employee was reportedly given permission to take the vehicle. Police said that although the incident is unfortunate, no laws were broken.

Henson may be forced to take his case to civil court to receive compensation for the damages if the shop chooses not to voluntarily pay.
