Aid agencies in Syria say a refugee camp for Palestinians in Damascus is facing a humanitarian crisis.

The Yarmouk camp has been under siege for a year with thousands of people trapped with very little food or medicine.

The UN Relief and Works Agency has called the camp a place of profound civilian suffering.
