This is Koopakoot's Kyo which I like and I've got something to say

I like the graphics on Vegeta by Cybaster and Balthazar and I get that they're going for a Capcom gameplay style and it seems alright but seriously, why is his fireball spam so fucking safe? He can pretty much shoot any type of fireball he likes with barely any way to punish him if he fucks up, he can dash right after Machine Gun Temper into a sweep and if you're blocking you're like to either eat the sweep or be forced to block the sweep and get locked down. He also has some borked recovery after his Galick Gun super meaning you can't even punish it if he misses. I get they're trying to make him as vicious as he is in source but it just means he's not very fun to fight against.

So there you go, I honestly think Cyb needs to fix this shit because its effing annoying.
