In Ahmedabad , The seven-day Karnakaria Carnival is back with a whole new set of attractions including performances, entertainment and activities for Amdavadis.In the last four years, the AMC has spent Rs 8.99 crore for organizing the festival.The cost of the celebration has been increased since the carnival has started.
