Being the victim of a burglary once is bad enough. However, a man in Midlothian, Illinois is dealing with the aftermath of not a single break-in, but three, which all occurred at his business called The Tint Shop.
Making the crimes even more bizarre is the fact that they all occurred within the same night. Each of the burglaries was captured on surveillance footage.
The first incident occurred at around 10:30 on a recent Tuesday night. A van could be seen backing up to the door of the Tint Shop. The suspects got out of the vehicle and used bolt cutters to remove a lock.
An alarm immediately sounded and effectively scared the crooks off. A mere half an hour after that attempt went wrong, the same burglars returned, only this time, they managed to get inside.
They jumped over a counter and grabbed auto accessories and any goods they could easily grasp before fleeing the scene. At about 2:30 A.M. the crooks returned yet again for the final time. They swiped a subwoofer and store exhibit.
The suspects reportedly left behind fingerprints on a glass counter and local police are currently investigating.
