Engr. Qazi Muhammad Faizan, Manager Technical - EC Dept. - KESC spoke with Exhibitors TV Network during their participation at 13th ITCN Asia 2013 held at Karachi Expo Centre, Pakistan.

He shared that they have recently completed their 100 years and took bold initiative of starting Energy Conservation Department. KESC is the electricity producer as well as energy conservative company. Reason is the gap between demand and supply. He said that Energy Conservation is directly related to Global Warming.

Abdus Samad, Assistant Manager - Energy Conservation Dept. briefly demonstrated the difference between the usage of incandescent light bulb, energy saver and LED Lights. He differentiated the usage and consumption of all three sources and preferred using LED Lights which consumes only 100 watts. Almost 70% of energy saving is possible after its use.
