The release of "Fast & Furious 7," the big-budget action film that was shut down in November after the death of actor Paul Walker, has been pushed back nine months to April, 2015. Walker, who died in a fiery car crash at the age of 40 on Nov. 30, will appear in the film. Universal Pictures said in a statement that series star Vin Diesel and the late Walker would "lead the returning cast." Diesel, also one of the producers, announced the new release date on Facebook on Sunday (December 22).

Beyonce attended the release party of her new self-titled visual album in New York over the weekend and said she had never done anything so brave in her life by surprising fans earlier this month with her fifth solo studio album featuring 14 new songs and 17 videos. The busy songstress played Santa last week as she handed out stacks of 50 dollar gift cards to Walmart shoppers, totaling more than 37,000 worth of holiday cheer.
