Hundreds of civilians who have fled the fighting in the Central African Republic have crossed into Chad. The United Natoion's refugee agency says they are joining more than 70,000 CAR refugees who have already been there for years. Al Jazeera's Mohamed Vall reports from Dossay refugee camp in Southern Chad.
