THUNDER BAY – News – Thunder Bay Superior North MP Bruce Hyer is going Green. The MP has announced this morning in Thunder Bay that he has decided to join the Green Party.

Elizabeth May, the Green Party leader speaking in Thunder Bay stated, “I am thrilled to welcome Bruce Hyer to the Green Party”.

Hyer stated that he is shifting from the orange colours of fall, to the vibrant green of spring with the announcement.

“The mindless solidarity prevents co-operation and compromise ,” stated Hyer. The Green Party, with two MPs is effect is still under parliamentary rules, still independent members. However Hyer asserts that with the added research and resources from the Green Party he will be able to better represent his constituents.
