When a beloved pet goes missing, the human families are left devastated and completely helpless. A couple in Elizabethtown, Kentucky is looking for their 3-year-old Golden Retriever named Bella after she went missing a few days before Thanksgiving.

For the past two weeks the family has been searching for the pooch and hanging up fliers in the neighborhood, however no leads have yet panned out. In the newest effort to find their dog, Ashley and Mike Burns are putting up a reward.

Unfortunately they don’t have the cash at the moment, but they do own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix that has a Blue book value of a little over $3,000. The couple is putting the vehicle up as the reward for Bella’s return home.

The pair has been trying for the past decade to have kids, but thus far they’ve had no luck. Instead, their dogs are their children, leaving them absolutely heartbroken that Bella is missing.

Bella was not wearing her collar when she took off. She has a few bald spots underneath her neck and weighs roughly 75 pounds. The couple is hoping someone will recognize her and contact them immediately if she is spotted.
