Alison Bouchard was waiting for a train at the Washington Blue Line stop in Chicago when she managed to capture something special on video. For the past 20 years the Chicago Transit Authority has rolled out their Christmas train for the holiday season. This special train features thousands upon thousands of twinkling lights and passengers are greeted by Santa Claus himself as he waves to them from his perch in his sleigh on top of the train.
