What is this??!! My wife and I were walking to dinner around 8 pm in Encinitas CA and saw this!! Stationary rotating sphere that flashed the colors magenta green and yellow. There was also a jet black sphere near it that was impossible to get on camera. I've never seen anything like this! What do you think it is?
