The NTSB released this surveillance video showing the moment Asiana flight 214 crash landed at San Francisco International Airport in July.

On Wednesday, the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board opened a hearing to review what went wrong.
According to newly released documents, the pilots told investigators they knew the plane was traveling too slow and tried to correct it moments before landing.

"About 11 seconds prior to impact, an audible alert (beeping sound made in hearing) consistent with the low airspeed caution was recorded... But the action was too late and the main gear of the underside of the aft fuselage struck the seawall."
