Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a congress rally in Mangolpuri, Delhi stated CM Sheila Dixit and Congress have changed the face of Delhi. He added that Chief Minister Sheila Dixit and Congress party has left no stone unturned and changed the face of Delhi in mere period of 15 years. “Not only other states even country like Malaysia is following the footsteps of Delhi Metro.” Rahul Gandhi said.
