European Union labour ministers are to tackle the thorny issue of "posted workers" in a meeting this Monday. Under current EU rules, workers posted abroad from another member state are not obliged to pay social security costs in that country. It’s a situation that affects some 1.2 million people. We also look at the generous citizens who have donated to the UK’s national debt.
