DECEMBER 1, 2013, SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Armin Van Buuren and Sebastian Ingrosso featured in a superstar DJ line-up performing at Stereosonic Sydney in support of DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES and the fight to end AIDS.

Rallying dance fans in all corners of the globe, the 2013 World AIDS Day weekend sees the biggest dance music pioneers in the world generate heat and awareness around the goal of delivering an AIDS FREE GENERATION.

Presented by Glee’s Harry Shum Jr. and Maude Garrett from Hot Hits LA, the event features a bill of 20 top DJs over the weekend, with Above & Beyond, Afrojack, Axwell, Empire of The Sun, Bingo Players and Tommy Trash among those joining the line-up.

Less than a week after its November 25th release, the new DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES2 album has gone #1 on the dance charts in more than 20 countries. The ultimate soundtrack to this year’s World AIDS Day weekend celebrations, the DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES2 compilation features the world’s hottest dance artists including Avicii, Baauer, Benny Benassi, Bingo Players, Calvin Harris, Dada Life, deadmau5, Major Lazer, Martin Solveig, RL Grime, Swedish House Mafia, Tiësto and Tommy Trash. The compilation also features new and original collaborative dance tracks, plus remixes of Robin Thicke, Katy Perry, Empire of the Sun, and Far East Movement. Proceeds from sales of DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES2 go to the Global Fund to fight AIDS.

Since 2006, (RED) has raised more than $240 million to fight AIDS through the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, the world’s leading financier of programs to fight these three diseases. 100% of the money raised has gone to work on the ground in Africa, impacting the lives of more than 14 million people through prevention, treatment, counseling, HIV testing and care services. Proceeds of the sale of the DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES2 album go to the Global Fund.
