Amateur video which can not be independently verified shows a war ravaged church in Homs.
Christians make up about 10 percent of Syria's population and they have not been sheltered in the conflict.
The video comes on the same day that the Vatican's ambassador to Syria said Islamist fighters who captured a Christian village north of Damascus moved some nuns to a nearby town. It is not clear if they had been kidnapped or evacuated for their safety.
Syrian state media says the nuns are being held captive in a Greek Orthodox monastery. There were also reports that Christians held services Monday in Damascus to protest against the capture of the nuns and the kidnapping of two bishops near Aleppo in April.
Pro-rebel activists said the nuns are safe, and that the real threat to them came from what they described as random Syrian army bombardments.
