Eight firefighters are injured after a fire ripped through the Latin American Memorial in Sao Paulo.
It was designed by world-renowned architect, Oscar Niemeyer.
The Governor of the State of Sao Paulo gave an update on the injured.
GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SAO PAULO, GERALDO ALCKMIN, SAYING:
"Eight firefighters were injured in the operation, but we are only following two of them personally and when I leave here I am going to the hospital where they are at the intensive care unit, but recovering well and the outlook, God willing, is positive."
The long, elongated building is part of a complex that opened in 1989.
It is still unclear how the fire started.
