It is set to be discharged in August of 2010. We have since divorced (April 2009) and I have accumulated some debt since this time. I was told that I could still claim bankruptcy on some of the debts I have incurred in this timeframe since it has not yet been discharged. Does anyone know if this is true or not and what guidelines would I have to follow to see about doing this? -
