What makes a real-life hero? It's not the cape, x-ray vision or power to fly. But real-life heroes do have powers. Like five-year-old Antonio, who has the power to keep cracking jokes even when feeling sick from chemo.

Last year, specialists at SickKids treated Antonio for acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He went through multiple rounds of chemotherapy.

Today, Antonio has just started his first full year of senior kindergarten. He is in his maintenance period of cancer treatment.
