I got a letter saying our house was to be auctioned off next month, but he wants to file BK again. He basically has been saving money all this time instead of paying the mortgage and living here for free. Needless to say I am not at all pleased with the situation. Is this even legal?? He keeps filing BK and it keeps getting dismissed. We live in CA, if that makes any difference. -
