Two men died and two women were injured after a delivery man went on a stabbing rampage shortly after 11:20am on Thursday in Kuala Lumpur, The Star in Malaysia reports.
The 26-year-old suspect was delivering cigarettes to a sundry shop in Gombok. He allegedly stabbed the shop's owner and her assistant.
The suspect then fled in a white white Daihatsu van toward Taman Melati. In front of the Taman Melati Putra LRT station, he crashed into a water delivery van driven by an elderly man.
As the driver of that vehicle stepped out to inspect the damage from the crash, the suspect stabbed him three times, killing him.
The suspect then fled about one kilometer before crashing into a Toyota Prius driven by a college student. The suspect stabbed the driver, killing him.
A crowd of onlookers overpowered the suspect and detained him until police arrived.
