Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Can a bank say a loan is paid in full and then 10 months later seize all my assets to pay for said loan? - I filed personal bankruptcy last February 2010. In March of 2010 I called my business bank to make arrangements for paying off two business loans my business had, I was told by my business bank that the two loans had been marked paid in full. I argued that they had not but they insisted that I owed nothing and to forget about it. Then out of the blue 10 months later in January 2011 they seized my entire business banking account funds without warning to pay these two loans that they had previously told me I did not owe any longer. Can I sue them to get my money back? What kind of lawyer do I need? -
