Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Can you dispute a bankruptcy with credit bureaus and have it removed before the ten year fall off? - I'm trying to decide what would be better for my credit report. Paying off old charged off debt of less than 10,000 or just filing a chapter seven. I already have one judgment against me that is almost paid off so that too will be on my report. I just don't know which is the lesser of the two evils or if they are both equally as bad. Also, if I file bankruptcy is it possible to dispute it with the bureaus and have it removed??

Thanks,
Jess -
