I applied for a credit card and when i never heard back i just thought i was declined. . . well i was applying for a mortgage with my wife and was denied because of a credit card that i didnt have. . . when i questioned it i was told that i opened it in 2005 and was the person who signed my name on the app. I live in my parents basement right now so we have the same address. . . when the card came my dad thought it was his and has been using it and they had to file for bankruptcy and that credit card that was supposed to be mine but he was using cause he thought it was his was involved what can i do. . . -
