Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a National Conference on Dalit Adhikar Diwas organised by All India Valmiki Federation at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi. “When Gandhi Ji was at the helm, there was a big line of leadership in the Congress party. We need to build such leadership now too. We need more and more leaders in our party across the country” said the Congress Vice President.
