The person then is late another month and gets even more charges, to the point that they are evicted . The leasor wants their money, but the ex-tenant can't afford to pay them because the tenant is already in debt, to the point that they can not afford to pay the leasor back. the contract said that the tenant could not file bankruptcy. So does that mean if the tenant filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy, the tenant would still have to pay the leasor back, after the bankruptcy? -
