We have gotten our credit back on track and have obtained new credit. Our credit scores are still low and I know that the bankruptcy will be there for 10 years. But now having gotten things back on track we are wanting to purchase a home but I am not sure if and when we could do that since all of the loan requirements have been tightened. What is a good expectation of when we could try to get a Traditional loan through a lender or is an owner financing a better option? -
