Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Inquiring about rentals during bankruptcy...potential landlord disappeared..should I continue to call him? - I'm in the middle of my bankruptcy due to health expenses. My attorney and I expect all my debt to be discharged.

Then I need to move because I need to get closer to work plus my current lease expires in two weeks (end of Sept). Found and place and inquired about it. I make decent money which is 3-4 times the advertised rent. I checked out the place and liked it a lot and submitted all my info to the owner. Told him about my bankruptcy case which will be discharged in two months and that I have good rental history. Also provided him with my previous apartment rental info. Gave him my employer's info whom I've been working for 10 years.

The guy disappeared. It has been 4 days (including the weekend) I really like the place. After 2 emails and 2 calls (no voice mail) should I continue to call him?

Do you think he's gone bc of the info or is he fact checking the data I gave him? -
