A hapless college student unleashes a zombie curse in this campy, bloody and bloody hilarious homegrown thrill ride filmed in Niagara Falls.

With only two weeks until college graduation, Casper (Devon Bostick) still lives with his mother, is indecisive to a fault, and is one credit away from failing. Just when he thinks things couldn't get any worse, he and his friends accidentally unleash a curse that turns people into zombie demons — a.k.a. Zemons! Arming themselves with homemade weapons, Casper and his hapless pals pile into a pile into a Winnebago and race into the night, killing Zemons while frantically searching for a way to reverse the curse. But as the Zemon army starts to overpower them, Casper has no choice but to face his fears and become the unlikeliest of heroes. Filmed in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and directed by Ryerson University grad April Mullen, Dead Before Dawn 3D is both a homegrown thrill ride and a campy, clever riff on zombie-movie lore.
