A Missouri man was released from prison Tuesday night after spending almost 10 year for a wrongful murder conviction. Ryan Ferguson was accused in the 2001 killing of Kent Heitholt after two eyewitnesses say they saw him at the scene. They both recanted saying they lied under oath. Ferguson?s father relentlessly campaigned for his son?s release and it finally happened.
