NATO military exercise in Poland fuels suspicions in Russia

Six thousand soldiers are taking part in NATO’s biggest military exercise for seven years.

The operation in eastern Poland, dubbed Steadfast Jazz, has raised suspicions in Moscow because officials see it as the alliance flexing its military muscles close to the Russian border.

NATO has denied the exercise was intended to send a message to any particular country.
