With their towering pastrami sandwiches a clear favorite of the menu it comes as no surprise that Katz’s Deli goes through over 20,000 pounds of meat a week. Opening in 1888 the Deli has become an icon of NYC with its mixture of nostalgia, delicious food and celebrity watching.
