Cooking expert Sara Riaz has chosen to prepares few dishes whch are not common yet delicious. Firstly, she prepares Gujrati Khuman Dhokra, difficult sounding but explained in easy-to-follow simple manner by the chef. She follows it by Hari Moong Daal ki chaat, an interesting texture unlike the common channa chats. Khatti Meethi and Hari Chutnies to go with the Chaat. Lastly, Sweets Diamonds is similar to shakar parays but just yummy.
