A 22-year-old male in Saddlebrooke, Arizona was recently shot by an elderly man. The shooter, a 68-year-old male, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease walked into the bedroom of his guesthouse and discovered the much younger man sleeping next to his 63-year-old wife.

No one appreciates seeing their spouse with someone else in intimate situations.

A 22-year-old male in Saddlebrooke, Arizona was recently shot by an elderly man. The bizarre incident occurred on a recent Saturday in an adult community. The shooter, a 68-year-old male, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease walked into the bedroom of his guesthouse and discovered the much younger man sleeping next to his 63-year-old wife.

The homeowner began poking the suspect, later identified as Stephen Trevor Chapman, with his cane and told him that he needed to leave the house. Chapman began yelling profanities and flat out refused to walk out of the home.

The elderly man grabbed his shotgun when Chapman became aggressive and fired a warning shot. The bullet ricocheted off the wall and struck the suspect in the hand.

A police spokesperson stated “Clearly, this young man should have heeded the warnings of the home owner to leave his residence and to stop sleeping with his wife. The young man is lucky that he only got poked with a cane and hit with a stray pellet from the shotgun.”

Chapman was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
