Guinness World Book of Records has given the record of most modified woman to Maria Jose Cristerna of Guadalajara, Mexico. Cisterna, also known as the "Vampire Woman", has 49 body modifications, tattoos over her entire body and implanted horns in her forehead and an impressive pair of fangs. Cisterna says the tattoos were a form of liberation for her. She’s leads a fairly normal life too, she’s a married mother of four and a lawyer!
